I normally wear size 11 in running shoes (10.5) in spikes . All of the reviews said the item ran large , so I ordered a 10 and a 10.5 just to be safe . The 10.5 were slightly large so I do recommended ordering 1 size smaller than your normal shoe , or a half size smaller than your normal spike . Even if you double up on socks, these are a little too big .The do come with extra laces and spikes !One track season. That’s what I expected these to last. They have at least another. Maybe 2 more. The wear is great. (Soft track vs concrete). Very happy with purchase.Very true to size. They were so good we bought the same pair for our other child in Track. They also make it easy to spot your kid in a meet with orange shoes.My Son Approves Of These Spikes.My son did well in his meet using these he said they were light and comfortable . Would have gave 5 star but runs a tad big.Way too narrow and did not fit as others described. The sole of the shoe fits more narrow width. Couldn't return them because the window closed about a week ago.Works greatThank you
