Such a nice updated look for our home! We put this fixture over our pool table. The Edison bulbs we purchased give off a nice ambient light. However, I think we’ll need to use brighter halogen bulbs when shooting pool. I also love that the fixture is dimmable. This light seems identical to the Quoizel version sold for twice the price on other sites. I purchased the coordinating drum chandelier for over our dining table elsewhere. It’s also important to note that this fixture had a gold band painted along both the top and bottom edges (you can clearly see that in the Amazon product image). I didn’t like that, so I sponged Rustoleum oil rubbed bronze paint over it. It took all of 10 minutes.
