I bought this for myself, three years ago, during Amazon's after Thanksgiving sale, and never got around to writing a review, until now. These are really good cookbooks, both of them. The binding allows them to lay flat, really nice when my hands are full when I am preparing a recipe. And if you have a splash or spill, it easily wipes clean, too. The recipes are easy to follow, use ingredients we can almost always find in our kitchens, and best of all taste great! Love mine so much, I came back today and ordered one for my sister, and I know she will love it too. Paula is being unfairly treated in the media right now, and this is a small way I can say thank you, Paula, and show her a little support. If you like good home cooking, easy to read and follow recipes, and want to make delicious meals for your family, definitely get this cookbook collection! You won't be sorry!
